Update my personal support network

To add someone to your personal support network:

Log in to your UnitedHealthcare^® Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) Member Account

Select Account/Profile, then select Account Settings
Find this at the top right of your member site

Select My Personal Support Network
Find this at the bottom of the list on the left side of the page

Select Add a Representative
Input your caregiver's information here

Add someone to your personal support network with a phone call:

Call Customer Service at the number on your member ID card for help adding a caregiver to your member account.

Plans are insured through UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company or one of its affiliated companies, a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan’s contract renewal with Medicare.
